E-marketing and a website for the Ministry of Regional Development

Objective of the e-marketing campaign

The Ministry of Regional Development wanted to communicate the scope, results and number of investments completed as part of the Integrated Operational Program for Regional Development. Promotion covered the internet, the press, TV and radio.

Scope of work

When the Integrated Operational Program for Regional Development came to an end, we organized an online photo contest for the ministry. The photos submitted for the contest were then published in a book (a photo album). The contest provided the ministry with numerous beautiful photos, later used in the book.

We prepared a creative concept for the contest, including viral marketing tools and banner (display) advertisements. In addition, we designed a clear and modern website with an advanced administration panel and an interesting illustration of a camera.

We were responsible for coordination, completion, on-going management and technical support.

The customer was assured that their requests and website modifications were going to be implemented immediately, usually within several hours.

Results

Thanks to the promotion of the nationwide photo contest for the Integrated Operational Program for Regional Development as well as the functional and advanced software that handled its online implementation, the contest was a great success and was hugely popular (+900 submitted photos).

We also enabled active participation in the contest by organizing two independent online votes: one for the internet users, and one for the jury.
